Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability — please enquire at reception. A half-day rate may apply for late check-out after 6:00 PM.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur a one-night charge. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Special packages may have separate terms.
A valid government-issued ID (Ghana Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence) is required at check-in for all guests. International visitors must present a valid passport. A refundable security deposit may be requested for suites.
Wasipe Gate Hotel operates a strictly no-smoking policy in all indoor areas including all guest rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Violation of this policy may result in an additional cleaning charge.
We accept cash (GHS), MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, and major bank cards. Full payment or a deposit is required at check-in. For corporate bookings, invoicing arrangements can be made in advance.
We warmly welcome special requests — anniversary decorations, dietary requirements, extra bedding, baby cots, and more. Please communicate your needs at the time of booking or at least 24 hours before arrival so we can prepare for you.
